ORTHOLOGISMOS SA, not only recognizes that information (electronic or not) is one of the most important assets of organizations and businesses but also wants to enhance the trust of customers, suppliers, employees, associates and all stakeholders in general, knowing that their information management is safe in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability, so it has established, implemented and maintains an Information Security Management System, which continually improves in terms of effectiveness in conformance with the the International Standard ISO / IEC 27001: 2013.
The company in order to improve its handling of difficult situations, has developed effective ways of responding to incidents and operational disruptions that cannot be completely eliminated, which protects the interests of its stakeholders, its reputation, its name in the market and the activities that add value to its work. At the same time, it complies with all the necessary legal and regulatory requirements of the State and implements procedures to maintain compliance with them and to continue its operations.
In order to achieve this goal, the company has created a Business Continuity Management System that meets the requirements of the International Standard EN ISO 22301:2019.
Moreover the company has also established and implemented an environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015 to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability. ISO 14001:2015 helps the organization to achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organization itself and the interested parties.
The company’s main priority and constant pursuit is the existence of a culture of integrity and transparency that will strengthen trust and upgrade its ability to implement the services it undertakes. To achieve this goal the company has established, documented, implemented, maintains and continuously reviews and, where necessary, improves an Anti-Bribery Management System, including the required procedures and their interactions, according to the requirements of the International Standard ISO 37001 :2017.
